Checking in on your Mental Wellness during the Pandemic
The Coronavirus has put us all in unfamiliar and stressful situations, both physically and mentally. We have never experienced a situation that has affected everyone’s daily life at the same time. The issues this situation has brought up may be different for many of us, but all share similar losses, fears, and inconveniences.
We wanted to create a way for individuals to check in on their mental wellness during this time on a regular basis. Many people are experiencing good and bad days during this time and are trying to find new ways to cope. This self-report symptom check in worksheet comes with a list to fill in of different coping skills you have tried after taking the symptom check in. This way you can track what was helpful for you and what was not. It is recommended that you take the symptom check in at least once per week, but it can be done daily to track increases and decreases in how your mental health is being affected by your individual circumstances and environment.
Over the next few weeks, we will be posting other videos, presentations, and resources to help everyone work through this pandemic and stay healthy. Part of staying healthy is ensuring we are taking care of our mental wellness during this time.
